As a recent cum laude graduate of the 2006 class of the University of Memphis, Soror Crystal Jenkins has a lot planned for the future. After receiving her Bachelors Degree in Broadcast Journalism, Soror Crystal plans to continue her education by pursuing a Masters Degree in screenwriting at California State University Los Angeles beginning Fall 2006. With a strong passion for writing, she desires to be a writer for film and television in Hollywood.

As a member of Epsilon Epsilon, Soror Crystal Jenkins worked hard to uphold the standards of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Dedicated to providing service to all mankind, Soror Crystal was an active participant in various community services events. She was organizer and chair of the successful fashion show for the Lupus Foundation of America and Dress for Success Memphis, “Rip the Runway: A Pink and Green Passion for Fashion”, during the chapter’s spring week. As the co-chair to the Ivy Leaf Reporter and as co-chair of the Public Relations Committee, Soror Crystal has written several articles for the Ivy Leaf.

It is an honor to have our soror, Crystal Jenkins, as an alumnus of the Elegant Epsilon Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.! Soror Crystal plans to remain a financially active member of our sorority, and hopes to join a graduate chapter in the Los Angeles area in the Far Western region. The Epsilon Epsilon Chapter thanks her for her dedication and contributions, and wishes her well on her journey to success.
